Maya Vander started her own real estate business in Miami.

The 40-year-old star took to social media to announce the opening of her new real estate firm, which she named The Maya Vander Group.

Maya, who stars in ‘Sunset Sale’, wrote on Instagram, “Introducing… the Maya Vander Group! [clapping emojis] So excited to continue sharing this new chapter. We’re taking over Miami! (sic in original)”

Maya subsequently claimed that hard work would be the key to the success or failure of her business.

She wrote on the photo-sharing platform, “We all work hard and work every day. We love and respect our clients, which is SO important to real estate (sic) success.”

Jason Oppenheim, president of The Oppenheim Group, has already spoken out in support of Maya’s ambitious plans.

He wrote: “Yes Maya!!!! [clapping and heart emojis] (sic in original)”

Meanwhile, Maya recently revealed that she hopes to get pregnant again.

The TV star had a stillborn baby in 2021, but she remains hopeful that she will have another baby someday.

The real estate agent, who has Aiden, three, and Elle, two, with her husband Dave, shared: “I have my moments, that’s part of the grief, and just take this opportunity to raise your voice for stillbirth and pregnancy loss. I think part of the cure is getting pregnant again. I hope I do. Let’s see”.

Despite her heartbreak, Maya explained during the Selling Sunset reunion show that she was “very lucky” to have two “beautiful kids” already.

Maya also revealed that she received an autopsy report after her boy’s death.

She said, “We just got an autopsy and it was just an accident with [umbilical] umbilical cord mixed with swallowed placenta.
